PTU Kit By Horseplay’s Pasture Design called "Deployment”

This taggers size scrap kit has 62 elements and 17 papers to help you with that project you want to be just perfect.  Not all elements and papers are shown but all are saved at 300 dpi.  Elements include ribbons, bows, scatters, rivet, frames, foliage, stars, word art and more.

Plugins:
Eye candy, gradient glow

Tutorial:

New image 700x500, white background

Open frames hpd_D_El17 and frame hpd_D_El19
Resize both by 60% and place one beside other

For the first frame U used paper hpd_D_P13 and for second one hpd_D_P16
Select inside the frame selections modify and expand by 5
Select paper layer selections invert and delete
Add shadow to the frames

I added the tube. The whole tube I placed in the middle and added shadow
On the round frame I added just face
Position the tube under the frame and erase the excess
Blend mode luminance(l)

Now on to elements:
I started with the word art hpd_D_El25
I placed just behind the tube, added shadow and used filter eye candy, gradient glow
(white color and gradient with to the smallest 3.00)
Just behind that I added the grass element hpd_D_El41 and position so it looks like tube is standing on it

Behind that I added wing, position more to the left, duplicate and mirror
Add shadow
Behind that I added the gun hpd_D_El23
And then the boots…I used both hpd_D_El21 and hpd_D_El22. position them
One more to the left one more to the right
Between that I added hpd_D_El26, add shadow
Behind that I added the cross hpd_D_El8 and tags hpd_D_El15 on top of that
Behind the all the frames and paper I added the tree hpd_D_El31 and position so just top is visible, duplicate and mirror
I did the same with branch element hpd_D_El32
Add name and copyrights

Erase the white background, merge visible and add radiance filter
Effects plugins Xero radiance (128.50.128.150)

Butterflies, Birds, the fresh outdoors air ... Who doesn't like a bright and cheerful warm day after a long winter?  "Whimsical" has 70  fun and fancy elements and 19 coordinating papers to give your project(s) just the kick it needs.

Tutorial:

Open template
Copy and close the original file
I started at the bottom of the template
For the creme half circle I used paper hpd_Whimsical_18
How I applied? here is how I do it
I used for all the papers the same so I will not repeat the process
Select the crème half circle with magic wand, selections float, defloat
Paste the paper, selections,  invert, delete
And that is it! As I said I always use this way and it looks very good!
Let so with the template, lets color
Then I selected brown oval layer and used paper hpd_Whimsical_14
For the blue center shape I used hpd_Whimsical_3paper
The rest of I used color to color
For the top arrow blue and bottom arrow blue I used colorizing
Go to Adjust, hue and saturations, colorize
I choose green color (H49 S240)
For the rest of the layer of the template I filled the color
Layers as: blue strip, top/bottom crème circle
Select the circle, selections float, defloat
Select the flood fill tool and color with #cae28a
Now on to elements
First I choose the tube and posted in middle, add shadow.

Duplicate tube two more time and resize by 70%
Position faces over the right and left rust circle
Select the circle and float defloat select the tube and invert delete
For the faces select the luminance blend mode
As I always say I do love shadow on elements and always put one
Over the tube paste hpd_Whimsical_27
Just resize by 80% to look better
I used yellow flowers(you can use any color) hpd_Whimsical_33, position to the left
resize by 70% and position just behind the tube
Duplicate and mirror
Then open the hpd_Whimsical_19 element and place to the left under the center shape element Duplicate and mirror
Just over that paste flower element hpd_Whimsical_57
Resize by 70% and position more to the top, duplicate mirror
I always mirror and duplicate element because I like when the tag is full
After that I placed hpd_Whimsical_37 and duplicated to other side
I used butterfly hpd_Whimsical_29 and ladybug elements few time all over the tag
Position them to you likinghpd_Whimsical_54
Add mask of your choice

Add name and copyrights
