The tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP
Any resemblance to any other tut is purely coincidental.

Material:
Ftu kit called Florality by Chichi designs

TUTORIAL
Open new image 700x700, white background
Open frame Frame2_CD_Florality
Resize it by 80%
Resizing of the elements are all different because all elements are a different size
If you want to follow mine if not make it work for your tag
I used paper Paper10_CD_Florality
I resized it by 60%
Erase the excess with the eraser tool
Add another flowery frame FlowerFrame_CD_Florality
At the back, I added another one frame to fill up the tag
Add Window_CD_FLorality and resize only by 90%
Add shadows to all elements
Effects, 3d effects, drop shadow
I am using:
Choose the tube and position to your liking.
I am using a beautiful tube by A.Vanhek which can be bought at Hania designs
I position her more to the left, add shadow
duplicate the tube, mirror and position under the first frame
Again erase the excess of the tube and blend mode, hard light
Opacity 30%
Now on to elements, in order from back to front:
Grass_CD_Florality, move more to the right
Roses_CD_Florality, in the middle, resize by 70%
Kitten_CD_Florality, resize by 70%
Lamp_CD_Florality, resize by 60%
In front that flowers, Flowers_CD_Florality
I added two birds, Bird_CD_Florality, resize by 30%
Position to your liking
On top of that I put Butterflies_CD_Florality
Again position to your liking
