Cluster frame is PTu and can be bought at http://www.digiscrapbooking.ch/

Font: Mardian (free font)

Tutorial:

New 650x650 image, white background

Open Cluster frame and resize it.
The frame was pretty big and I resized it by 50% and then by 70%

Add shadow to the frame
Mine is: 3, 2, 34, 3.00 and black

New raster layer fill up with color.

My color is #553f98
I picked the color from the tube. I always like when they match.

Select the frame layer, take the magic wand and select inside the frame.
Selections, modify expand by 7
Select the colored layer, selections, invert delete

Add the tube, resize and position to your liking.
Duplicate the tube and position under the frame
Erase the excess of the tube so that just face is visible.
Blend mode, luminance (legacy)

New raster layer, color with lighter blue.
Add the mask of your choice.

Add the copyrights and save
