Tutorial:

New 650x650 image, white background

Open Frame1, resize by 80% and add shadow.
Open paper 7 position under the frame.
Select frame layer,with magic wand select inside the frame
Selections,modify,expand by 3
Select paper layer, selections,invert and press delete.

Open palm tree 1 and resize by 80%, position to the left of the frame.
Open grass 1 resize by 80% and position to the left.
Duplicate the layer and go to image,mirror
Open sand 1 and resize by 70% and position at the bottom of the frame.
I duplicated the frame 3 time and positioned under the frame and over the frame.
Do it by your liking to cover the bottom with the sand.
Open the sand castle and resize by 50% and postion to te left.
Duplicate the layer and them image mirror again.

 Open you tube and position in the middle or to your liking.

Open the sign 1 and resize by 70%/
Position behind the tube to the left.
Open the hat 1 and position behind the tube.

Open sunblock element resize by 50% and position to the left.
Add parrot 2 on the beach sign. Resize the parrot by 505 or less.

Flower 2 open and resize by 60% and duplicate.
Position both under the tube and grass element so its visible behind.

Open cup of shells, resize by 40% and position to the right under the tube.
At the end add the sparkles1.
