Tutorial:

Open template, copy and close the original.
I did not change the colors of the template because they fit this St Patrick theme
Open your tube and paste in the middle.
Duplicate your tube 4 times
I did like that and you can do by your choice
Behind the tube, on the left, you can how I arrange the tubes so just face is visible

The blend mode of those tube is Luminace (legacy)
The two far behind I changes opacity to 70%

Now on to elements
I started with the banner on the right of the tube
Paste the hpd_FL_El39 and add shadow
In front add pots of gold hpd_FL_El21 and hpd_FL_El20, add shadow
Just beside that add balloon, duplicate and resize by 60%, place in front of other on
On left side of the tube also add pots hpd_FL_El21 and hpd_FL_El20
In between paste the beer glass, hpd_FL_El30
Duplicate and add shadow

In front of the tube add banner hpd_FL_El10 add shadow
At the top of that add flower banner hpd_FL_El2 add shadow

Behind the green circle of the template add element hpd_FL_El16
Make it so just top small clovers are visible

Add name and copyrights
