Tutorial:

New 700x700 image, white background

Open frame e20,position in the middle
Select middle of the frame with magic frame,selections modify and expand by 10
Paste paper p2 selections invert delete. Select none
Add shadow to the frame

Open your tube,position and re size to your liking
I positioned in the middle.
Duplicate the tube twice and position them behind the frAME and in fronT of the paper layer
Position tubes so that just their faces are visible.
For the faces layers change blend mode to hard light

Now we add elements.
Add word art e60 on the bottom par of the frame but under the tube layer.
Element e57 resize by 60% position to the right.
Element e14,position behind the e57 element

Open element e42, resize by 60% position to the left
Beside that add element e9, resize by 60%

Now behind the frame..
I added mask,add your to your liking.
(I choose color #e74204)

Add element e25 at the top of the tag
Duplicate and image flip

Add element e21,duplicate few times and position so its visible behind the frame and paper.

Also I added element e26 behind the paper so just the top of the flower is visible

Just to mention I add shadow to all elements

Add the copyrights and name.
