This tagger size scrap kit has 82 elements and 17 papers to help you get a jump start on your "toadly amazing" spring projects!  Not all elements are shown in preview but this kit is packed with all kinds of fun and cheerful items such as butterflies, birds, squirrel, frog, frames, ribbons, bows, grass, fences, water drops, sparkles, mushrooms, flowers, flower clusters, snails, flower pot. bench, trees, sun, kit, hot air balloon, work art, tags, glitter flower doodles, leafy vines, watering can, and a few other items not mention.  Not all items are shown, but even though you don't see them in the preview, all is saved at 300 dpi.

Tutorial:
New image 700x700
Open frame hpd_STA_El39 from the kit and resize by 80%
There are 17 beautiful papers to choose from and I choose hpd_STA_P2
Position under the frame
Select inside the frame with magic wand, selections modify and expand by 5
Select paper layer and selection invert delete
Add shadow to the frame

Place your tube in the middle
Resize to your liking
elements behind the tube:
I started with green fence hpd_STA_El65
Position to your left and duplicate and mirror image
In front of that paste flower hpd_STA_El20
The same duplicate and mirror
Then in front of that paste another flower element hpd_STA_El60
Duplicate and mirror
On the right add the bird hpd_STA_El8
Resize at least by 40%
Do the same with the butterfly, hpd_STA_El10
On the left paste hpd_STA_El4 and resize by 50%

On the bottom I started with yellow flowers hpd_STA_El66
Duplicate and position to your liking
In front of that paste the word art Spring
Add shadow
Add name and copyrights

Tutorial:
Open template ,copy and close the original

First I pasted paper hpd_LAFS_P10 on the brown circle element of the template
You select the circle, selections float de float and paste the paper
Selections invert and delete
Do the same for the gold circle layers
Now on the pink strip layer
I just added texture effect
You go to effect texture effect texture and then choose wall
Do the same for the gold strip just change the color (choose the one from the tube)
I used #ff5a59
I used the same paper for the oval layer

Add the tube of your choice

Now on to elements
I added flower hpd_LAFS_El40 and positioned more to the right, under the wordart
Also the purple flower hpd_LAFS_El39,postioned more to the left
Under that I added the bow hpd_LAFS_El4
Duplicate and mirror it

On the right I added the lamp hpd_LAFS_El41
Duplicate and resize by 60% position just beside it
just under the bows I used flowers, pink hpd_LAFS_El28 and purple hpd_LAFS_El29

I duplicated the flowers few times and placed all over (under the bows)

behind the white circle (layer) I pasted the element hpd_LAFS_El17

Duplicate and mirror.
On top of those I added flower hpd_LAFS_El40,just resize by 60% at least

Behind the all elements I added frame hpd_LAFS_El8
And behind that mask of your choice

If you wonder how I did the heart and word art
Just selected added shadow and adjust, add/remove noise
I choose uniform 18 monochrome

Add name and copyrights

Resize by 60% and add shadow
I added also another frame just behind it

Add your tube position in the middle

Duplicate and position one more to the left and one more to the the right
Add shadow
Add cupcake element Cupidkisseskitpudnarrowcupcae
Resize by 60% and duplicate
Position on both sides of the tube
On the left size I added balloon element, Cupidkisseskitpudnhearballoon
On the bottom of the tag I added Cupidkisseskitpudnlighthearts

And just behind the tube element I added sparkles Cupidkisseskitpudnstarss2
