Tutorial:

Open template
Copy and close the original

I started at the bottom
Fill the layer with the paper
I started with the pink oval and Center white heart
You select the layer pick the magic wand and select the layer
Selections float. de float and paste the paper of your choice
Selections invert and delete
I used paper 10, 23 and 42

Some other layer as red heart I colorized
How to do that?
Pick a color from the tube (or background) with dropper tool 
Then select the color and check the H and S
For the green I used its 79, 54
Select the layer you want to colorize
Adjust, hue and saturation, colorize
Put the numbers in and press ok
And you have your element color you wanted
I colorized the striped hearts and word art also to match the tube and backgrounds

Place the tube in the the middle,resize by 70 % and add shadow

Now lets start with elements
I started with the bottom
I placed Sweet Love 2 Elements (46)at the bottom behind the all hearts
Resize element by 70%


After that I added green flower Sweet Love 2 Elements (29)
Duplicate and resize second by 70%
Place the first one at the bottom and smaller one on the top
Add shadow
Duplicate both flowers and mirror so the show on the other side too

Behind the tune on the right I placed elements:
Sweet Love 2 Elements (173)
Sweet Love 2 Elements (108)
Sweet Love 2 Elements (202)
Sweet Love 2 Elements (150)
All the elements has to be resized at least by 70%

On the left I placed:
Sweet Love 2 Elements (173)
Sweet Love 2 Elements (113)

Select the layer top pink rectangle and change color to the green
Select,  float the float
Paste the tube so just the face is visible
Invert and delete the excess from the tube
Blend mode luminance

Behind that layer I added two more elements
Sweet Love 2 Elements (172)
Sweet Love 2 Elements (34)
At the end I added sparkles Sweet Love 2 Elements (90)

And when merged I used xero radiance:
128 50 128 98

Add name and copyright
